Quick & Easy Spicy Chickpeas

Heat a little oil in a pan, add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, a tablespoon of gram flour, chopped tomato, half teaspoon of ginger, 1 green chilli (diced), 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 3 tsps coriander powder and fry for a few minutes.

Add 1 can of chickpeas and teaspoon of salt, leave to fry for another few minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala, simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with white rice or pitta bread x
