Algerian Pancakes (Begreer) - Thank you to Djamila for this recipe

1 cup fine semolina
1 cup Plain Flour
2 cups luke warm water
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of yeast (7g)
half tps sugar

Mix in the blender, then leave between 30-60mins

Heat non stick pan, add a little oil/butter and using a ladle our one portion of the mixture onto the pan. Cook on low heat until bubbles have formed.

Rub butter on each 'begreer' made, once cooled you can put on top of one another.

Can be eaten with melted butter & honey or whatever you wish.
